Membership Rules
A plain-language summary of how membership works. Where this summary and your signed Membership Agreement differ, the Agreement governs.
Your annual entitlement
Membership carries six nights across seven days each year, usable at any Club Valero or partner property, subject to availability and the booking notice for your tier.
Carrying nights forward
Unused nights carry into the following two years and expire at the end of the third. Nights are always consumed oldest-first.
Guests and family
Immediate family travel on your entitlement at no extra charge. Guests are welcome at the published gift charge per room per holiday, plus taxes.
Annual subscription fee
The ASF falls due each year and must be clear before a booking is confirmed. Prolonged non-payment leads to suspension and, eventually, termination under the Agreement.
Cancelling a booking
Cancel twenty-one days or more before check-in and the nights return to your balance in full. Inside twenty-one days, the policy shown at cancellation applies.
