Club Valero Membership

One decision. Twenty-five years of holidays.

Club Valero membership is a long-term arrangement: you hold an annual entitlement of nights, and we handle the properties, the planning and the paperwork around them.

Every membership, every year

What every membership includes

Memberships differ by tenure and by which destinations they open. This does not — every Club Valero membership carries all of it, and almost every line is a term of the agreement you sign rather than a promise on a website.

Six nights, seven days — every year
Your annual holiday is credited once your membership payment is complete, and again on the same date every year of your tenure. Six nights across seven days, at any Club Valero or partner property, subject to availability.
Unused nights carry into the next two years
Nights you do not spend roll forward for two more years and are then spent oldest-first, so nothing quietly lapses while newer nights sit unused. A night can only be applied to a stay that checks in before its own expiry date.
Accumulate up to twelve nights. Borrow up to six.
Your balance can build to twelve nights. If the holiday cannot wait, you may draw up to six nights against next year in advance — netted off automatically when that year credits.
Your registered family travels with you
The principal member, the spouse or co-applicant, and registered children and parents all travel on your entitlement at no extra charge. Anyone outside the registered family pays a guest fee per room per holiday, set out in the Membership Agreement.
Booking notice, blackout and split stays
Thirty days of notice on the Executive tier, ten on Premium — whichever applies is printed on your membership card and shown in the member app. 20 December to 10 January is blacked out across the club every year. A stay split across rooms keeps a minimum of two nights per room.
Transferable after three years
With three years elapsed, dues cleared and the prescribed documents in order, a membership transfers for ₹18,000 plus GST, subject to approval. It transfers in its entirety — never in part — and the new holder receives the unexpired portion.
Free cancellation, twenty-one days out
Cancel twenty-one days or more before check-in and every night returns to your balance in full under the club cancellation policy. Inside twenty-one days, the app shows the exact effect before you confirm — and usually offers to move your dates instead.
Seven days to change your mind
For seven calendar days from your down payment you may withdraw in writing, with no reason given. The refund and the charges deducted from it are set out in the Membership Agreement before you sign it.
Planned, not just booked
The operations desk handles the property, the rooms and the questions, with a named owner on every request. You pick the dates and turn up.

Every line above is drawn from the Membership Agreement and the club’s published policies — read them in full before you join. Membership rules.

Three steps, in order

How joining works

Three steps, in this order. Nothing is issued and nothing is credited before the step that earns it.

  1. Talk to an advisor

No obligation. They explain the club, price the options against how your family actually travels, and answer the awkward questions.

  2. Complete your application

KYC, the Membership Agreement and your down payment. The seven-day cooling-off window starts the moment that payment clears.

  3. Get your membership ID

Issued once your documents are verified. Your first six nights are credited when your membership payment is complete, and the member app opens up.

Before you start

Who can join

  • You are 18 or older and resident in India.
  • You can complete KYC — a government photo ID and address proof.
  • You are joining as an individual or a family, not as a reseller or travel agent.

Membership is issued after your down payment clears and your documents are verified — never before.

In writing, up front

What you will sign

Nothing on this page overrides these. They are on the site before you talk to anyone, not attached to an email afterwards.

Asked and answered

Questions we get asked

What does membership cost?

Membership is sold in tiers that differ by tenure and destination access. Rather than publish a grid that may not fit you, an advisor walks you through the options against how your family actually travels — including the annual subscription fee, which is separate from the joining cost.

How far ahead do I need to book?

That depends on your tier: some members book from thirty days out, others from ten. Your booking notice is on your membership card and in the member app, and the app tells you before you plan rather than after.

What happens if I cannot travel?

Cancel twenty-one days or more before check-in and every night returns to your balance. Inside twenty-one days, the app shows the exact effect before you confirm — and usually offers to move your dates instead.

Can I take friends along?

Yes. Guests are charged a fixed gift charge per room per holiday plus taxes, which you can pay in the app when you book.

Is there a blackout period?

Yes — 20 December to 10 January is blacked out across the club. Everything else is availability-based.

Can I transfer my membership?

After three years, with dues clear and a transfer fee, subject to approval. Membership also passes to your family under the succession terms in the Membership Agreement.
