Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work, for both bookings and membership itself.
Booking cancellations
Twenty-one days or more before check-in restores your nights in full. Closer than that, the policy preview shown before you confirm the cancellation is the one that applies.
Cooling-off
You may cancel a new membership within seven days of signing. We refund what you have paid less a twenty-five percent administrative charge and two percent bank charges, within ninety working days.
After the cooling-off period
Cancellation is calculated under the Membership Agreement: taxes, the administrative charge, the value of benefits already used, and a further deduction for each year of tenure beyond the first.
How refunds reach you
Always to the original payment instrument, with a credit note issued against the original invoice. Bank settlement typically takes seven to ten working days once approved.
Where this page and your signed Membership Agreement differ, the Agreement governs.
