This policy explains what VALERO CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED collects when you use Club Valero, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Contact details you give us, membership and booking records, payment references (never card numbers — those stay with our payment gateway), and standard technical logs.
Why we collect it
To operate your membership, take bookings and payments, meet statutory record-keeping duties, and — only where you have agreed separately — to send you marketing.
How long we keep it
Membership and financial records for eight years after closure, as tax and company law require. Enquiries that do not become memberships are deleted after twenty-four months.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. We respond to access requests within fifteen days.
Grievances
Write to the grievance officer at the address on our contact page. If we have not resolved your complaint, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Where this page and your signed Membership Agreement differ, the Agreement governs.
