VALERO CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated in 2011. The year is in our CIN, at the foot of every page on this site — so it is a fact you can check rather than one we assert.
Resorts in India and abroad
Members holiday at Club Valero properties and at partner resorts across India and overseas. Every listing on this site says which of the two it is, before you get anywhere near a booking.
Family-first, by contract
Your spouse or co-applicant and your registered children and parents travel on your entitlement at no extra charge. That is a term of the Membership Agreement, not a seasonal offer.
A choice of accommodation
Properties publish their room categories and what each one sleeps, so a family of five is not guessing whether they will fit until they arrive.
Holiday where you like
Your nights are not tied to one resort or one week of the year. Pick a destination each time — subject to availability, the club calendar and your booking notice.
Holiday experts, not a call queue
The operations desk plans the stay: the property, the rooms and the awkward questions. A named owner on every request, so you always know who is handling it.

Everything is in writing
Your entitlement, your booking notice, the cancellation maths and the fees are all in the Membership Agreement you sign — not in a brochure that changes later.
Your nights are a ledger, not a number
Every night credited, held, spent, restored or expired is a dated line you can read in the app. If a balance looks wrong, the history says exactly why.
We say whose property it is
Club Valero properties and partner properties are labelled as such on every page. You always know who you are staying with.
A person, not a queue
Bookings are handled by the operations desk with a named owner on every request, including for the members who prefer to phone.

How it works
Talk to an advisor
No obligation. They explain the club against how your family actually travels, and tell you if it is not a fit.
Join the club
KYC, the Membership Agreement and your down payment. You have seven days from that payment to withdraw.
Your nights are credited
Six nights across seven days land on your membership once your membership payment is complete, and again every year of your tenure.
Book, and we take it from there
Pick a destination and dates in the member app. The operations desk confirms the property and the rooms, and handles what comes up.

The questions people actually ask
Who actually runs Club Valero?
VALERO CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in New Delhi and incorporated in 2011. The corporate identity number is printed in the footer of every page on this site, and on every invoice we issue.
What does membership cost?
Memberships differ by tenure and by which destinations they open, so an advisor quotes yours rather than a website guessing at it. The annual subscription fee is separate from the joining cost and is explained before you sign anything.
Are all the resorts yours?
No, and we say so. Some are Club Valero properties and the rest are partner resorts. Every property page on this site is labelled one or the other, so you know who you are staying with before you choose.
What happens to nights I do not use?
They carry into the following two years and are spent oldest-first, so nothing quietly lapses while newer nights sit unused. Your balance can build to twelve nights.
What if I change my mind after joining?
You have seven calendar days from your down payment to withdraw in writing, with no reason required. Beyond that, the mid-tenure terms and what they deduct are set out in the Membership Agreement — read them before you sign, not after.
If something goes wrong
Raise it from your member account or call the number in the footer — you will get an acknowledgement within one working day. If the answer does not settle it, ask for escalation to the Operations Manager and then to a Director. Complaints about your personal data go to our grievance officer.
